【ナイル(Ankha)】 『どうぶつの森+』で初登場した住人。 同作の時点では、島に行かないと出会う事ができない事から、全住人の中でもレアと言える存在だった。 バージョンアップ版の『どうぶつの森e+』では彼女のカードが存在するため、出会う難易度はやや下がったものの、続編の『おいでよどうぶつの森』では島自体が登場しなかった為登場せず。 『街へいこうよどうぶつの森』以降は一般住民の一人として登場するようになった。 初登場時の性格はおてんばでギャルっぽい「あたしA系」だったが、再登場した『街へ行こうよ』からはオトナ系に変更（※『+』及び『e+』では島の住民のみ特別な性格として「あたし系A/B」が存在していた）。会話内容もそれに即した大人っぽいものになった。 また、『どうぶつの森+』には一部、特定のフルーツにアレルギーがある住人が存在していたが、ナイルもその1人でリンゴにアレルギーがあり、好きなフルーツはサクランボになっていた。 後の作品では「アレルギー」という設定自体が削除されている。 「ナイル」はおそらく「ナイル川」から。 古代エジプト風の姿形をしていて、住人たちの中でもかなり独特な外見をしている。エジプトで猫という事からモチーフはバステト神だろうか。 彼女の部屋も殆どエジプト関連のテーマとなっており、クフフと言う口癖もクフ王に由来すると考えられる。 ホルスの目をモチーフにしているのか、常時目が若干上向きになっている。 エジプト風のミステリアスでエキゾチックな外見に、猫耳、三白眼、への字口にポーカーフェイス、果てはミイラがモチーフと思われる裸包帯などなど、構成要素からしてマニアックな魅力の塊と言えるキャラクターであり、密かにファンが多い。 また、「街へ行こうよ」でのキャラクター紹介では「ツヤツヤのお肌ですが、...
